PLANNING TO FOUNDATION IN ONE WEEK
Our team has recently kicked off another project on site. Having practised and honed the design & building method for more than 12 years we are now really condensing project timelines for the benefit of our clients. So below is a snippet of timeline from our current project:
FRIDAY
Planning permission granted. Building Control notified.
MONDAY
Structural Engineer appointed. Boots on the ground.
TUESDAY
Technical design completed and issued for construction.
WEDNESDAY
Site cleared and excavation begins.
THURSDAY
Foundation prep works.
FRIDAY
Foundation poured!
Work continues on site and behind the scenes so check back in for the latest updates.
